4. Client Content:

8. Modification of Terms:

Juliana Moore Photography & Juliana Moore Creative Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use our services after any changes, you accept and agree to be bound by the revised Terms of Use.

9. Termination:

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate any of these Terms of Use or engage in any unlawful or harmful activities. Similarly, you, as the client, have the right to terminate the monthly service agreement with Juliana Moore Photography & Juliana Moore Creative Services by providing a written notice of cancellation at least 30 days in advance. In the event of a cancellation, you will remain responsible for any outstanding payments due up to the effective date of termination. Additionally, any content or materials provided by Juliana Moore Photography & Juliana Moore Creative Services as part of the services must be paid for in full, and their usage rights will be subject to the terms outlined in the original agreement.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cobb County, Georgia.
